Philosophy

A system of beliefs or values by which one lives.

Hayford is founded on the principle that if you Train up a child in the way that they should go and they will never depart from their path. (Proverbs 22:6).

Every person is born with a seed of potential. The problem is that many people never realise that potential because they never discover their purpose. Hayford provides the right environment to unlock, nurture and steer every child in a direction that will enable them to realise their potential.

We do this by providing each child with the training, skills and tools to enable them to master the challenges that they will encounter throughout their lives, thus growing them into strong, purpose driven mature adults. Hayford also provides children with access to resources to guide, counsel, mentor and coach them to ensure that no child ever feels alone, abandoned or lost. The tools that we employ in building a strong foundation in each child’s life are our Values, the spoken Word and the Curriculum. All this takes place within a safe learning environment.
